A payment or a refund

Send the wallet you paid with and the bid number from your profile. Most refunds do not need us: if a clip could not be made, the Withdraw key on your profile returns the money straight to your wallet.

A clip that should not be on air

Send the clip's link and a line on what is wrong with it. We look at these first.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write from or mention the wallet it concerns. The privacy page explains what that is.
